It is a great idea to have a Chinese landlord association. I would be happy to be a member. We can share our knowledge and experience and help each other. We may share tenant, contractor, real estate agent, and even attorney's information we have. The association may even hire an attorney to help.<br> &nbsp;<br> If we join together, we may improve our profit and reduce our cost.<br> &nbsp;<br> Myself: I have 5 properties rent now and plan to buy many more.&nbsp;<br>

You are right. If you want to make money in rental market, you have to know how to run. Real experienced real estate investors even don't talk about their business. I know a very experienced agent easily&nbsp;managing and trading&nbsp;a lot of properties, but he has never advertised anywhere.

It is not about the database. It is about the knowledge and experiences landlords can share. &nbsp;If your&nbsp;neighbor&nbsp;read those articles and ask for the services, your&nbsp;neighbor &nbsp;need &nbsp;to improve his judgement skill.
