Be careful when you hire those so called 'professional' to find tenent for you. It's better to manage yourself. <br> &nbsp;<br> My neighbor had to evict the tenent this week, and he had&nbsp; a real estate agent (The guy like to write article in chinese paper) to find/screen tenant for him, and eventually he find out&nbsp;the agent&nbsp;did not do any screening process and just collected the one month rent.<br>

You should hire an agency to run a background check (rental, employment, eviction) before accepting any application. Use the application fee from the potential renter to cover the background check cost. There are many agencies out there that are very professional.<br>
