我公司位于Cumming, GA 400号的13号出口, 现正在招收一名全职办公室文员,负责订单处理和库存登记。
工作内容:
处理客户订单,包括打印shipping label, packing list 等
Invoice all shipped orders
协助其他部门发货要求
协助库存管理
协助其它办公室文员事宜
需要你:
英文阅读能力强
工作细心、注意细节、对数字敏感
有订单处理经验,有会计方面经验者优先
电脑操作熟练,包括基本的EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE SHEET,CHROME,ERP系统等
打字快,至少每分钟30个词
有团队协作精神
工作时间Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM EST
薪资根据资历面谈. 转正后, 公司提供W2报税, 提供医疗保险、带薪年假、退休金等福利。
