Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of and become familiar with all products to be able to easily assist customers.
- Assist platform supervisor to deal with after sale claims.
- Contact customers to assist with part replacement request.
- Promptly respond to negative product reviews.
- Make a record of customers’ phone calls and emails and bring feedback to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Manage the general customer service email account

2.Good verbal and written communication skills
3.Basic computer knowledge
