Job Description
1. Collect all paperwork documents – SO, PO, BOL, Invoice, etc.
2. Cooperate to logistic if we need to find a truck. Get at least 3 quotes for each order.
3. Send release email or inbound request to warehouse according to our plan.
4. Prepare the paperwork for inbound or outbound. Done by 5 PM in a day.
5. Get BOL# from the warehouse for the client or sales (Assistant to make appointment)
6. Coordinate the information / message from warehouse, the client and us.
7. Convert to invoice or receive PO (Non-Container order) and save to one drive.
8. Update all the information in inventory sheet (SO, PO, and presold)
9. Weekly inventory check and update order not yet pick up list.
10. Follow up every sales order until its completely done.
11. Make sure every SO, PO and TO is completed with all appropriate paperwork.
12. Verify every invoice from the warehouse and mark SO, PO or TO number
13. Verify first month cold storage fee and update to the sheet (Non-container)
14. Verify anniversary date and cost on each LOT# and update to the inventory sheet in black color.
15. Create delivery order once a trucker had been confirmed with price for load.
16. Tracking delivery order. Keep up to date of when load had shipped out with trucker and warehouse.
17. Request POD (Proof of Delivery) to verify the trucker has make it to receiving destination.
18. Outbound trucking. Keep the accuracy and timeliness of all information.
19. Fluent in speak/write English, Mandarin bilingual preferred.
20. Familiar with office software very well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Wages go up 3%-5% every year, and our company provide 3 days of paid sick leave, also 5 days of holiday leave. And our healthy insurance will be apply after 2022, company will pay 50%, and personal pay 50%.

福利待遇
12$-16$ per/hour
每年工资上浮3%-5%,并且提供3天的paid sick leave, 以及5天的年假 holiday pay, healthy insurance will be apply after 2022, company pay 50%, and personal pay 50%.
