Speakers' Bios
Jenny Yao Harrison is a Global Program Director for Liquid Food at The Coca-Cola Company. She leads a transformational program to enable the aggressive portfolio growth of juice, tea, coffee and dairy-based products reliant on an agricultural supply chain.
Jenny’s Coca-Cola career spans over 17 years, including roles in customer service, operations, commercialization, supply management, and planning. For the past 10 years, she has served on Coca-Cola’s Asian Business Resource Group leadership team.
Active in the local community, Jenny has co-chaired the Who’s Who in Asian American Communities (WWAAC) Alliance Conference the past two years. She serves as a mentor with the National Association of Chinese Americans (NACA). For many years, she volunteered for and ultimately co-chaired Chopstix for Charity in 2009, a grant-making program and signature fundraising event hosted annually by the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) in Atlanta. In the broader community, she is also an alumnus and early supporter of the “There is No Stopping Us” Campaign of A Better Chance.
Jenny received a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from Emory
University’s Goizueta Business School. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
Xianqin “Lisa” Wallace is the Director of Cargo Revenue Management and Alliances. In this role, she is responsible for improving Delta Cargo’s overall yield performance and managing the relationships with our joint venture partners.
Lisa has more than 20 years of industry experience. She comes to Delta Cargo most recently from UPS, where she was the Marketing Director for UPS Capital, Asia Region. She has also held leadership positions in UPS’ Corporate Marketing and Freight Forwarding divisions.
Lisa is on the advisory board of the China Task Force for Georgia State University. She also serves as a council member of the Global Council with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Lisa is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for SolBridge International School of Business at Woosong University in Daejeon, Korea.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Zheng Zhou University in China and Master’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Georgia State University.
As an organization development consultant and global strategist, Ila brings over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience in change leadership, organizational development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, executive coaching and cultural integration.
In her current role with TMC Ila partners with P&G, Sodexo, American Express, Wells Fargo, Reed Elsevier, Nike, The Federal Reserve Bank, Deloitte India, INPO and Harley Davidson supporting efforts to embed inclusion practices and build culturally integrated corporations.
Since 2007 Ila has transitioned into a consulting role working on global Human Resource projects. Her unique combination of corporate organizational development and international consulting experience created the perfect balance to lead the design and delivery of large scale capability development solutions. During this time she spend 18 months focused exclusively on integrating HR processes, policies and organizational staffing models for the MBNA/Bank of America merger.
Ila is certified as a COA Practitioner, a Change Consultant, a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and an Executive Coach and is passionate about building global capability and bringing cultural agility into the business. She is best working with teams that know no boundaries.
Li Zheng is the founder and president of Techtop Industries Inc, a manufacturing and distribution company for electric motors and related power transmission products. Li obtained his BS degree in Management from University of Science and Technology of China in1991 and a Ph.D. degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. After graduated from Notre Dame, Li spent over 10 years working on various water resources and sustainable development projects in the western United States, Northern China, Tibet Plateau, and the mountainous regions of Nepal and India. Over last 6 years, Li has returned to his family manufacturing business, founded and operated the Techtop Industries Inc from Atlanta with a focus on product innovation, logistics and branding. Li Zheng, his wife Yi Jiang, and their two children, reside in Candler Park, Atlanta.
