Dr.
Ben Wang is Executive Director of the Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute. He
holds the Gwaltney Chair in Manufacturing Systems in the School of Industrial
and Systems Engineering and a faculty appointment in the School of Materials
Science and Engineering.
Dr.
Wang serves on the National Materials and Manufacturing Board of the U.S.
National Academies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Engineers
(IIE), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and Society for the Advancement
of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE) and a member of two Honor Societies:
Tau Beta Pi and Alpha Pi Mu.
