This election is very important, as so many have fought for our right to vote. Here is some essential information for you: If you have not yet registered to vote, please do so before Tuesday, Oct 9
th.
Some in the community have said that the reason they don’t vote is because they don’t want to serve on Jury Duty. Please note, if you have a Driver's License, you are already eligible for Jury Duty. Voting does nothing to affect those odds. So, please exercise your right to vote.
Please see the link below for you to register. You may also request the Absentee Ballot if you like the privacy of voting at home at your convenience and mailing it or hand-delivering it.

• Be a citizen of the United States • Be a legal resident of the county • Be at least 171/2 years of age to register and 18 years of age to vote • Not be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude • Have not been found mentally incompetent by a judge
