About Bullock Management Group, Inc. and speaker: Bullock Management Group, Inc. has been in the residential property management business for nearly twenty years (http://www.bullockmanagementgroup.com/). The speaker, Mr. Lance Carter, presently manages and oversees all aspects of the Property Management division and occasionally assist with Sales listings. Lance has always had the gene of property management in his blood, as his father owned, managed and retired from his own Property Management company. As if this is not enough, his father-in-law also owned, managed and retired from his own Property Management company as well. After a stint of 15 years at UPS, climbing corporate ladder to the position of supervisor, Lance was finally gravitated to his root and became a Property Manager in 2004, after which he never look back.
