1999年, 高建华(原湖北同乡会会长) 借了我$5000 美元. 至今不还. 更恶劣的是, 他没有电话可联系, 发电子邮件不回复. 真是欠债的神气大了! 希望大家千万别上这种伪君子的当!如有好心人知道他的联络方式,谢谢告之.

As long as you have a note about the money. It can be resolved. got to find the guy. Where does he graduate ? location in china ? If in US, try small claims court to sue for money and interest, and cost of locating him. If in China, even easier, find a few local guys...
