Craigslist yanks ‘adult services' ads
Craigslist has removed all "adult services" ads from its sites in the United States, according to an online article at TechCrunch.com.
A large black and white “censored” logo now adorns the popular classified ads site.
The ads were removed late Friday due to mounting legal pressure from various state attorney generals, the article says.
Craigslist’s adult services section accounts for 30 percent of its overall
revenue ─ a projected $36.6 million in 2010 out of $122 million, according to a Wired magazine article.
这个消息来自TechCrunch.com的网络文章。
