Men posing as security system salesmen spotted in Norcross
Two men that appear to be salesmen for home security systems have been spotted twice in Norcross. But the two aren't selling anything and residents are warned to be on the lookout for the pair, police said Saturday.
   On Thursday, two men wearing shirts with "ADT" on the front were spotted walking near Langford Road, where they asked a teenage resident questions about the coming and going of other residents, Norcross police said.
Friday night, the two men were spotted again, this time in the area of Holcomb Bridge and Barton Street, police said.
"It has been confirmed with the ADT Monitoring Center that all personnel
employed with ADT must have an ADT ID badge and it is not normal practice for sales personnel to be out at 9 p.m.," Capt. Brian V. Harr with Norcross police said Saturday.
One of the men is described as a thin, white man and the other is a heavy
set black man, police said. No further description was provided.
