New venue! New cultural experiences! New Americans celebrate their Asian heritage in Georgia!
ACE is the largest annual Asian American cultural festival in Atlanta, drawing more than 1,500 volunteer participants, vendors and 10,000-plus visitors a year. ACE is holding its 16th annual event this year for the first time at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, a 50,000+ square foot convention center that provides more space for festivities and is located in the heart of the ever-growing Asian American community in Gwinnett County. Parking is free.
The Asian community has more than doubled in size over the past 10 years in Georgia, enabling the festival to grow in prominence and serving as an important symbol of our burgeoning presence in the state.
ACE will offer food and cultural entertainment from the pan-Asian community, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The highlight of the two-day festival is the Saturday Night Performance Celebration July 25th, featuring music and dance from 15 nations, starting at 5 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center. Celebrity emcees will host the evening performances.
