31楼说的这件事就是所谓的“教师拒聘”事件，这是“L校长/理事会官司”事件的直接后果。顺便更正一下，当时那几个教师包括W老师是“拒聘”，而不是“辞职”。<br /><br />当时的教师理事L老师是理事会中唯一反对学校出钱打官司的人。在07年6月份的一次理事会后，L老师把理事会由学校出钱打官司的决定Email给她的“选民们”，全体老师。理事会批评了L老师的做法，说她破坏了纪律。<br /><br />07年秋季中文学校开学前一周，新任J校长突然决定不再聘用L老师，这在教师中引起极大震动。L老师在学校任教4年，教学质量教学态度有口皆碑，05年底由全体教师选为教师理事进入理事会，任期2年。当时曾有20多位教师联名写信给J校长要求其改变决定。理事会当时一方面声称不干涉校长决定，一方面私下开出条件：可以续聘L老师但她必须退出理事会。这个条件被L老师拒绝，她认为她是由全体教师选出的代表，理事会无权让她退出。最后J校长坚持不聘L老师，其他7位老师包括W老师愤而拒聘。开学的第一天，北校30多位家长当面质疑理事长及理事会成员，没有一位家长赞同校方的做法。当时曾有一篇小品文《乖娃失学记》在网上流传。这件事如果要追究责任的话，不顾学校及娃娃们利益的应当是J校长和他背后的理事会。<br /><br />这些教师们离开后，L老师的教师理事资格仍然有效，L老师在理事会中任理事至07年底。这是ACCA理事会历史上最为荒唐的一幕：一个不是学校教师的人在学校理事会里担任了一学期的教师理事。<br /><br />事后，J校长和理事长曾召集拒聘教师们开会，了解情况表达歉意。<br /><br />这就是“教师拒聘”事件。<br /><br />不知31楼是否握有W老师“叫她女儿写英文email（她自己英文不好）发去对方工作单位告状”的证据，另外对一个老教师最好不要使用“不齿”之类 的词汇。<br /><br />
