Boy-CES09001 Yihe is a 16 year-old boy from China. He is a sweet, easy-going boy whose hobbies include reading, music, playing the Chinese fiddle, swimming and ice hockey. Yihe has played the fiddle since he was 8 years old and is very interested in music. His favorite U.S. band is Savage Garden. He also states that book are his good friends; Yihe has even written a novel and several other compositions that have been published in magazines. If possible, he would love to join a drama or swim club here in the U.S. His favorite subjects are history, Chinese and Physics. Yihe is willing to pay up to $5,000 for private school tuition. Boy- CES09002 Linyu is an 18 year old Chinese boy. Although he is a very independent person he is very close with his family. He is an only child and enjoys spending time with his parents, playing board games, basketball or traveling. Linyu is very sporty and has been playing in a soccer team ever since he was a little boy, He is very proud of the fact that his team won a recent school competition. Apart from playing soccer he also likes table tennis, badminton, swimming and ping-pong. He is open to trying new things and describes himself as a very active and lively boy.  Linyu has been very active in his community and volunteered to help other students as well as being active in an environmental group. He travelled to Japan and England before, which triggered his interest in different cultures. Through a local American he heard many things about the U.S.A and he is very excited to live here and experience everything first hand. Can pay $7,000 in tuition. Boy-CES09004 Anpu is a 17 year-old boy from China. He is a very hard-working active boy who enjoys Chemistry, soccer, basketball, music and movies. He is currently his Chemistry teacher’s assistant in class, helping with preparing for classes. Anpu also is active on his school’s soccer team and would love to continue playing the sport here in the U.S., if possible. He has also done extensive volunteering in a local nursing home, cleaning and keeping company with the residents. Anpu would like to own a business in the future. He is willing to pay up to $6,000 for private school tuition. GPA: 4.00 SLEP Score: 40 Program Length: 10 months Allergies: No Arrival Date: TBD
