On Saturday, April 18th 2009, OCA Georgia Chapter is hosting a community banquet at the Oriental Pearl Seafood Restaurant. The theme of the banquet is “Asian Americans United with One Voice”.
2009年4月18日周六，美华协会佐治亚州分会将在福临门海鲜酒家举办社区宴会。宴会的主题是“亚裔美国人团结起来用同一个声音说话” 。

This event coincides with the OCA National Board Meeting to be held in Atlanta. More than 50 OCA chapter representatives along with the OCA Washington headquarter staffs will be at the board meeting. OCA Georgia Chapter would like to take this opportunity to introduce our national board members to our Atlanta Asian American Community. More importantly, our Executive Director Mr. George Wu will provide a recap of what OCA had done on behalf of the interest of Asian Americans in the past and share the visions of OCA for the future.

恰逢美华协会全国委员会会议当天将在亚特兰大举行。有超过50个美华协会在全国的分支机构的代表，连同美华协会华盛顿总部的工作人员将在亚特兰大召开全国代表大会。美华协会佐治亚分会愿借此机会介绍我们遍布全国的董事会会员给我们亚特兰大的亚裔美国人社区。更重要的是，我们华盛顿总部的执行主任乔治吴先生将介绍美华协会的最新情况，总结美华协会过去为亚裔美国人利益所做的工作，并与大家共同分享美华协会的未来愿景。

 In addition to Mr. George Wu’s presentation and the banquet style 10-course meal, there will be an entertainment, which includes a professional singer from Las Vegas, Ms. Jern Jern, performing songs primarily from Celine Dion’s collections. This event will definitely be an informed, entertaining and memorable experience. Due to the nature and objective of this event, the tickets are offered at cost at $35.00 per person.
