你当时带孩子看过医生吗，如看过医生的治疗报告加幼儿园给的报告，自己就可以找咬人孩子家长交涉，如不合作再找律师。

我家小孩也被美国小孩咬过，幸好不严重，要是严重一定追究。<BR>建议马上拍照取证，要求幼儿园出具详细事故报告，并找律师咨询一下。<BR>对方家长应该赔偿。<BR>
