Want to buy a TV and ship to China

I was wondering if the TV sold in US can be used in China ... As you know they have different type, PAL vs. NTSC Appreciate for your help!

Most of the LED does not use 110 or 220, it uses the power adapter and can be used in all the countries.

The voltage may also differ (110v vs. 220v).
