亞特蘭大僑界為歡送及祝賀，駐亞特蘭大台北經濟文化辦事處高安處長，榮遷為外交部公眾外交協調會執行長兼外交部發言人，預定於三月二日〈星期六〉晚上6:30分，在福臨門餐廳舉行，「歡送高安處長榮遷晚宴」，晚餐費用每人 $25元。因座位有限，希望參加的僑胞請盡快與各社團負責人聯絡。高處長於2010年11月

Taiwen economy is not good as that in the Mainland. The reason is that Twaiwen is so small. If you think Taiwen is like a commnuist villiage, the Twiwen president is like leader of small village in the Great Cultural Revolution in Mainland. They are facing tremendous hardship to boost their economy as Obama is trying to improve the US economy. But I hope that Twiwen is smarter than Obama to improve their economy, rather than relyin on trash talk speeches.

恭喜高安處長榮遷為外交部公眾外交協調會執行長兼外交部發言人,以後能在電視上多看到她了.高處長待人特客氣,作事認真,社團個人邀請,也盡量参加,常跑各州美國州議會,算是非常勤快的長官,她常會送台灣921地震災區產的茶葉給朋友,以幫助災區經濟恢復.
