2014: Contemporary Chinese Culture Craze

The Chinese Culture Craze will allow children to explore the many different aspects of China’s pop culture today, in order to better integrate them with the contemporary culture. Throughout the week we will visit different genres such as popular music, tv shows, performances, and food. They will notice many similarities and differences between American culture and Chinese culture. Over the week, we will make crafts, learn Chinese, play games, and dance. We will be able to demonstrate what we have learned, including dance performances, at the Family Picnic.
