The practices/class work/home work will primarily come from the following materials:   Topics/Material: .SAT Grammar Rules .Kaplan 12 Practice Tests, .Barrons 6 Model Tests, .Princeton Review 11 Practice Tests, .Sparknotes 10 Practice Tests .Collegeboard SAT (Blue Book with 10 tests)   Green Class (Class 1: Monday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday) Class Times: 2.5hrs a day Monday: 6:30-9:00 Thursday: 6:30-9:00 Saturday: 3:30-6:00 Sunday: 3:30-6:00   This is the primary SAT class I teach. It will cover: .Grammar Rules/Practice .SAT Essay Writing (will start halfway through once the students know the grammar rules) .Critical Reading (Passage questions are the main focus) .Vocabulary (some focus/quizzes just to make sure they are memorizing their lists at home)   Recommended Students: .Below 2000 SAT score or 200 PSAT score .Above 2000 SAT score students who are willing to make the time for the intensive practice/exercises because they want to score 2300+ on one test.   For those taking an SAT class for the first time (or with scores below 2000), students should expect to spend at least 6 weeks following this schedule. At the start of the session students will be taught how to “dissect” (circling/underline/how to do short hand.)   We will also cover the “wrong answer template” and the various passage “types” with an emphasis on lecturing. Afterwards, the class will shift to more of a focus on “practice”/ “exercises” and explaining their errors. For example, after we go through how “story reading passages” and “science passages” differ in the types of questions they ask, we will then do all the “science passages” that I have collected from the following workbooks:   Topics/Material: .Old Collegeboard (1600) Practice tests (Red and White book editions) .2006-2012 (January/May/October) Official Released SAT Tests .Mcgraw-Hill 12 SAT Practice Tests .Kaplan 12 Practice Tests, .Barrons 6 Model Tests, .Princeton Review 11 Practice Tests, .Sparknotes 10 Practice Tests .Collegeboard SAT (Blue Book with 10 tests) .6 Online Collegeboard SAT Course Tests    Orange Class (Class 2: Saturday/Sunday)   Class Times: Saturday: 6:00-8:30 Sunday: 6:00-8:30   .60% of the time will be spent on Critical Reading (Passage questions are the main focus) .30% of the time will also be spent on SAT Grammar Rules/Practice .10% of the time will be spent on SAT Essay Writing

说得对，sat 高分对亚裔学生是个必要条件，没有高分，根本没机会，有了sat高分，才会有一点机会。在没有充分条件存在的情况下，能做的就是避免卡在必要条件上了。。。。。。。
