王亭的帖子里把C校的比赛结果链接都讲得很清楚。到是楼下说这次IDC前几天的总决赛里拿了7，8个冠军，没搞错吧。A校在Atlanta地区赛都没有7，8个参加总决赛的名额。网上查得到的。这种瞎吹牛就是给A校长脸了吧。是谁在瞎吹牛啊？

一帮傻大妈们没完没了地吹捧自己孩子去的破校。争了半天还是给学校送钱。不客气地说，二个学校的女孩子们谁也没有可能走专业。最多孩子们玩玩，增加些艺术细胞，别象王亭大娘那样不懂装懂瞎评论就可以。得个什么第一又怎么样？上大学能靠芭蕾舞得奖学金吗？大妈们自己小心眼眼皮子浅，上来无聊争论，让人觉得可笑浅薄。

ADPA在IDC决赛中拿了7-8个笫一名

挑事的帖子老在这里，说明有人喜好这一口。 IDC决赛结束了，A校去了20几号人，没人今年夺冠吧。要有，把链接贴上来，大家一查就行。C校只去了3个学生，拿了四五个冠军，包括一个总冠军吧。楼下的还拿去年的，地区的比赛结果说事，太没水准了吧。要说就说A校和C校同台的结果。IDC总决赛是一次，YAGP是另一次。要平心而论，那结果相差得不是一星半点的，是海了去了。

吼吼，IDC的今年总决赛刚刚结束了，A校和C校都有学生参赛。这也是难得的两校同台机会。要看结果，IDC官方网站有，别攀比，也别拿过去的成绩说事。学生和家长都不容易，办学的也不容易。两校有竞争是好事，但这个帖子弄得很多事情都变味了。

The secret to win - start pointe as early as 6 years old.  Since the majority of parents would't let their daughters start until 12, the girls starting earlier have much more chance to win in the junior level competitions for obvious reasons.   However, the those girls may have much more risk to have injures and other consequencies.  That's why the experts suggest and most of parents follow that never to start pointe until 12 years old.   When Can I Start Pointe Work? Guidelines for Initiating Pointe Training (Reprinted from the Journal of Dance Medicine & Science, Volume 13, Number 3, 2009, pages 90-92.) Guidelines We suggest that it is wiser to be conservative when choosing an age at which to begin pointe work. As Howse notes, "there are certainly well-known dancers who were not strong enough to start their pointe work until they were over the age of sixteen and this has proved no handicap in their career." In light of the above discussion, here are some guidelines for when to begin pointe: <ul type="disc"><li class="style1 style1">Never before age 12. <li class="style1 style1">If not anatomically sound (e.g., insufficient ankle and foot plantar flexion range of motion; poor lower extremity alignment), do not allow pointe. <li class="style1 style1">If not truly pre-professional, discourage pointe. <li class="style1 style1">If weak in the abdomen, trunk or legs, delay pointe and consider implementing a strengthening program. <li class="style1 style1">If hypermobile in the feet and ankles, delay pointe and consider implementing a strengthening program. <li class="style1 style1">If ballet classes are once a week, discourage pointe. <li class="style1 style1">If ballet classes are twice a week, and none of the above apply, begin in the fourth year of training. </li></ul><div class="style1" align="left">George Balanchine was a master of choreography on pointe and was the one who created the "baby ballerina."
