楼下家长, 我试着来回答您的问题, 因为我也曾经为我朋友的孩子问陈老师同样的问题.<br><br>1) 孩子要用几乎二周的时间让她的肌肉ACCEPT这样的训练. 所以如只是二周很是浪费.<br>2) 如二周以上, 每天只是跳舞, 5, 6 岁的孩子有些吃不消, 也接受不了. 到了下午几乎躺下来了.<br>3) 所以, 很多5,6 岁的孩子都是半天跳舞, 半天去星星学习,或唱儿歌,或做手工.<br>4) 这样孩子能坚持五周以上, 效果最好.<br><br>您抱名的时候可再去咨询一下, 希望对您有帮助<br>
