You are telling only one side of the story! People did say that Lao Si Chuan provides good Chinese food. This is very clear. However, readers also pointed out that the owner is not honest !! This is the other side of Lao Si Chuan. Some readers had negative experience of being overcharged, duped with the most pricy dishes. This is not someting like human errors. This is called cheap cheating! You argued for the restaurant's food, but failed mentioning the cheating, or should I say, you avoided the real issue! Tell the owner to recognize his problems, treat people with honesty and sincerity. Make money, do not ignore good virtues of morality, integrity. Thanks
