<p>正能量这词臭大街了，最好不要再用了。国内喜欢用这词，凡是共产党爱听的就是正能量。最近习胖子接见了两个网络脑残，夸奖他们正能量，让国内网民骂死。168上有些人把阿谀奉乘当做正能量，跟共产党一个套路。</p>

<p>大公司的CEO几乎每个人都在讲，天天讲，Amazon买书就可以了。其实一般人也没看过几本。这是接地气的讲话，现场提问，回答针对自己的问题。上什么大学不重要，但是全面发展的理念是一样的。Sachi Koto是很难请的。名校学生有点噱头，但是Peremeter College哪个学生将来变成马云谁也不知道呀？怎么清？在繁忙的学习工作中肯拿出时间来跟大家分享心得，就很不简单。不去学习没有关系，给点正能量点个赞也能激发自身的正能量，给自己的节日带来好心情！</p>

<p>以考上名校为目的来谈领导能力是误导。亚裔的名校情结是一种幼稚和缺乏自信的表现。应该请Mark Z,Bill Gates 这样的退学生来讲讲领导能力，也可以请马云这样的大专生来讲讲什么是领导能力和名校的关系。</p>

<p>Jack Ma太丑。不过，这么丑的人能做到这个地位，说明他领导能力更加非凡。</p><p>个人认为Willy Andy讲领导能力为时过早，他们的职业生涯还没开始。但他们讲如何申请讲哈佛是够格的。</p><p>要讲真的领导能力，既然请不到Jack, 我推荐我3岁小孩。他在幼儿园里就知道要当line leader. 倒不是他有领导意识，而是老师让每个孩子轮流坐桩。</p><p>在美国长大的孩子从小就是这么熏陶的，久而久之成为第二本能了，中国人上哈佛的也没法比。</p><p><br/></p><p>所以，在领导能力这方面，最好的榜样就是看美国人怎么教育孩子的。</p><p><br/></p>
