If there is no Will, there is a big problem if the heirs are under age 21.   3. If I am single, I do not need to plan my estate.   4. Putting assets in truse avoids taxes and creditors.   5. It is a good idea to put all of my property in a trust to avoid probate.   If  someone missed this senimar  and like to know more , I will keep posting ........

The seminar was so outstanding. In the past two weeks, Anna Sun has received many calls from people to either join this seminar or read 168 to know Anna. I received a call yesterday from someone to ask why Peng Guo didn't record this seminar. The caller and I had both asked Peng Guo to record this seminar, and Peng Guo said yes. I also called him at 12:30 PM on May 11 before the seminar to remind him, but I don't know why he broke his promise by coming late to the seminar. I believe I don't have any problems with Peng Guo. He was a board member of the CBAA years ago, and I believed and trusted Dr. Guo would record this seminar, so we did not prepare to have anyone else record. I am posting this explanation because 15 people registered for the seminar early, but weren't able to make it, mostly hoping they could watch the recording.
